2024 Commencement Activities

Graduation Fee - ($150.00) due by the close of business on April 8, 2024 (Cash, Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Credit Card) Location: College Cashier or online at https://www.ew.edu/student-accounts/

  • Undergraduate Regalia: $69.00 (plus $12.45 Shipping plus tax) (Absolutely No Refunds)
  • Graduate Student Regalia $92.50 (plus $12.45 Shipping plus tax) (Absolutely No Refunds).
  • Deadline to order online– March 28, 2024. Caps and gowns will be delivered via mail to an address you provide when ordering. Students can also order in person from Josten’s on Date to be Determined, at the GradFest in the Student Union Building.

Senior Clearance Forms Due April 8, 2024 (This process is completed in Moodle in the Graduation portal).

GradFest 2023 – Student Activity Building – March 28, 2024, 2pm -5pm

Senior Class Chapel, Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 11: 00 a.m. in the Milne Auditorium.

Commencement - Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

  • Location: Times- Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts, 300 West Water Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 (Moran Theatre)
  • Check-in 8:30 a.m.
  • Line of March – 9:30 a.m.
  • Door opens at 8:30 a.m. Admittance by tickets only! Number of tickets: 15
  • Next Senior Commencement Meetings: 2023-2024 Sundays at 6:00 p.m.

Dress Code for Graduates, Faculty, and Staff. Appropriate attire is mandatory! Participants must be dressed in full regalia, including mortar board.

  • Females: Black dress or Black Pants, closed-in black pumps/shoes (no sandals and no sneakers) and small earrings only (preferably pearls) skin toned or black hosiery.
  • Males: Dark pants, white shirt with tie and dark/black shoes (no sneakers and no exceptions). Stoles: Only stoles sold by bookstore will be allowed.
  • Cords: only cords given out by the Registrar’s Office or approved department will be allowed.

The Division of Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacoeconomics at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) and Harvard Medical School (HMS) invites rising college senior students to participate in an eight-week paid summer research internship program that provides training and skills development in public health research about prescription medications.
