EWU Email Update
As of 4:30PM, we are currently still experiencing an issue affecting the assignment of our Microsoft Office 365 (O365) licenses. We are actively working with our vendors and Microsoft Advanced Technical Support to identify the cause and implement a resolution.
Current Status:
- Cause: We are still investigating the cause of this licensing issue. At this time, we have no reason to believe it stems from any malicious external threat. It is most likely related to an error within our Office 365 environment.
- Impacted Services:
- EWU Office 365 Email (including Outlook Desktop App for EWU Emails)
- EWU Office 365 WebMail
- EWU Office 365 Web Login Authentication
- Office365 Web Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Functioning Services:
- Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Microsoft Outlook Desktop App (for non-EWU email accounts)
- Moodle
- Canvas
- Ellucian Self-Service
- Ellucian Colleague
