MC4106-381 STUDY PARTICIPATION Mayo Clinic is seeking volunteers living in Northeast Florida, ages 18 years or older, to participate in a research study. We want to learn your opinions about wearing a mask to stop the spread of Coronavirus. You are eligible to participate if: • You are 18 years of age or older • You live in Northeast Florida We will ask you to fill out an online survey offered in English or Spanish.
