Greetings EWC Tigers:

Edward Waters College is poised to leap into the fall 2016-17 school year with vigor and enthusiasm.  We are excited about your progress toward your future goals and we work each day to align the college with the right opportunities and partnerships to ensure your success.  EWC is an award winning college and we boast an award winning student body that can compete globally and handle local concerns.

 This communication comes to inform all students of some changes and improvements they can expect this fall:

  • An 8 % tuition rate increase to $6262.50 per semester (please note that this cost includes books @ $415 per semester)
  • Campus-wide upgrade of Wi-Fi and internet services
  • Seven home football games this year
  • Enhanced student activities
  • New major concentrations
  • A newly equipped forensic laboratory
  • Mighty Write (QEP) Writing Center
  • Computer Labs in all residence halls

Check-In for fall sports, band, choir and OWLs is on August 6, 2016.  All other new students will check-in for New Student Orientation on August 13, 2016.  Returning students will check-in on August 18, 2016 and classes begin on August 22, 2016. Commuter students can purchase meals individually or subscribe to a specially designed meal plan. To learn more about the food program, visit www.ewc.edu and select Dining Services under the Student tab.
